Calculator usage info

This calculator is used for interpolation of two calibration maps.

All values are calculated automatically on-the-fly once you change/input all data. You need to either press ENTER or click with mouse outside the input fields.

Example

We wish to find out a duration of 55 mg IQ at 3200 rpm. We know SOI 26.2° and lies somewhere between duration maps 0 & 1. From "duration switch" map we know M1 = 22 and M2 = 30.

Lower values must be always on left side, otherwise you will get negative values or errors.

From "Duration map 1" we know I1 = 3000 and I2 = 3500 and column values are V1 = 28.01 and V2 = 28.55

From "Duration map 0" we know I3 = 3000 and I4 = 3500 and column values are V3 = 33.16 and V4 = 34.76

Requested engine speed for both maps is R 1-2/R 3-4 = 3200.

Requested SOI is R M1-2 = 26.2
