I am a founding father and face of legendary MTB bikeholics club BEERKERS - we were most likely the only MTB downhill/freeride club officially sponsored by brewery Pivovar Vyškov in mentally and psychically demanding extreme sports involving MTB bicycles.
The club was born around 2000 as and idea to get some financial resources for our endeavors in MTB disciplines such as DS, 4x, DH and FR. We attended regularly local events and climbed up to Czech National Cup in Elite group. We had offers for semi-professional riding but our careers have been prematurely terminated by excessive partying, severe injuries and women/family issues.
The club BEERKERS fell apart around 2005 but its legacy still lives so far. We have many photos but we produced own movies back then.
